Belle
Belle is a sweet and gentle girl despite her formidable size. Her movement is a dream, being the most correct I’ve seen in this breed due to her outstanding conformation. One of the very few Boerboels around with good fore and hindquarter angulation. She is tolerant but loyal and protective and exceedingly responsive to gentle training, but can be sensitive to discipline which sends her into a bit of a tizz. She doesn't like to get things wrong and strives to please. She loves her people and basks in attention and affection. Not dog aggressive and lives happily and playfully with Mousey. This is a totally trustworthy dog with excellent health and calm disposition. Could be better in ears and muzzle for perfection. Perfect dentition. Belle is a joy to own and have around.
Health
Health test results excellent and overall health very good but being assessed on an ongoing basis as she is fairly new here but has settled in remarkably well and easily. So far, no ear problems, allergies, lameness, digestive disorders, eye disease and a good immune response is evident. A fit and healthy dog. We are currently working on her stamina and muscle tone and expect results over the coming months to achieve her full potential.
